A quick mother-son trip to Denver!!

T and I headed off for a long weekend to Denver.  Well, Golden actually.

My boss let us stay at his house.  This is where I did my Bible study every day.  It was AMAZING!!

It was chilly in the morning and that was a huge relief from the heat of Dallas!!

and the house came with these two dogs Ekko and Luna!

The house is 3 levels and every level can walk out onto land because it's built into a mountain!!

It's called the Chief Hosa House ... guess he's on Indian!?

This is T and John's son, Sean.  He brought us to Winter Park for an awesome day of fun!!

We rode the Alpine Slide about 150 million times...

played a little mini golf...

and explored!

Hiking was the highlight of my day (PS - I'm out of shape)

after a day of fun, we headed back home.

The next day was fun with the dogs.

and Craven the cat!!

and we had to go get a piece of mail... that was a hike!

The next day we headed to Red Rocks Amphitheater.  Oh. My. Gosh!

Luna didn't enjoy being on a leash but we loved having her!

Sadly, it was time to go.  The dogs dropped us at the airport.  Ok, Sean did... but still...

After a canceled flight and a vacation that lasted one day longer - we were headed home.

But not before the Captain pulled T into the cockpit.  What a fun experience!

You have NO IDEA how blessed you are Tristan.  Most kids would kill to do that!

So thankful for a quick get away and fun mother/son weekends with my boy.

My dream is to not give you things but to give you great memories and life experiences!
